FROM LEFT: The Continental’s Twizzle; Ruth’s Chris’ Dirty CEO martini

Cocktail culture’s re-emergence lets you enjoy one of the best parts of AC’s halcyon days: a slew of bartenders shaking, stirring and pouring out imaginative tipples.

The Twizzle
With a veritable rainbow of drinks and candy garnishes, like tangy Nerds, The Continental’s sweet sippers are the perfect antidotes to adulthood. Our favorite? The Twizzle, a fruity mix of Smirnoff Citrus vodka, strawberry purée and lemon, served in a martini glass and topped with a red licorice wheel. The Pier Shops at Caesars

The Dirty CEO
Hit up Ruth’s Chris Steak House for the perfectly personalized martini: The Dirty CEO (shaken, not stirred) combines vodka with a bit of dry vermouth and as much olive kick as you can handle. Ruth’s array of top-shelf vodkas is sure to include your favorite. 2020 Atlantic Ave.

FROM LEFT: The Palm’s Ultimate Margarita; Chelsea Hotel’s Mondo

The Ultimate Margarita
If tequila is your poison, don’t pass up an opportunity to sip The Palm Restaurant’s Ultimate Margarita, made with Jose Cuervo (there’s a summerready pomegranate version as well). You can’t go wrong with the sidecar or Manhattan, either. 2801 Pacific Ave.

The Mondo
The Chelsea Hotel
’s Chelsea Prime Supper Club may offer only a handful of specialty cocktails, but each is absolutely divine right to the last drop. And nothing suits a summer sip in the AC better than the Mondo. Thanks to CJ Hartman, nightlife manager at the Chelsea, you can capture this taste at home. 111 S. Chelsea Ave.

How to Make The Mondo
In a cocktail shaker, pour 1 1/2 ounces of Three Olives Grape vodka over ice. Fill with cranberry juice, and add equal splashes of pineapple and ginger ale. Shake mixture and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a cherry.
