With a veritable rainbow of drinks and candy garnishes, like tangy Nerds, The Continental’s sweet sippers are the perfect antidotes to adulthood. Our favorite? The Ultimate Margarita

The Chelsea Hotel’s Chelsea Prime Supper Club may offer only a handful of specialty cocktails, but each is absolutely divine right to the last drop. And nothing suits a summer sip in the AC better than the Mondo. Thanks to CJ Hartman, nightlife manager at the Chelsea, you can capture this taste at home. 111 S. Chelsea Ave.
How to Make The Mondo
In a cocktail shaker, pour 1 1/2 ounces of Three Olives Grape vodka over ice. Fill with cranberry juice, and add equal splashes of pineapple and ginger ale. Shake mixture and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a cherry.
