Late Night Latin Floorshows, featuring professional singers and salsa dancers, make this spot, in The Quarter at Tropicana Casino & Resort, a lively restaurant and rum bar without becoming an overtly clubby lounge. As AC’s only high-end restaurant where every seat has an ocean view, Tropicana’s Fin is one of the most coveted rezzies in town. Partiers gather on the outside cigar deck with unobstructed ocean views while they munch on blue-crab-and-Mainelobster rolls, crispy Point Judith calamari and the popular seafood au gratin. Stephen Starr’s ode to Asian fusion cuisine, Buddakan offers one of AC’s most intimate dining experiences in Opium Den, in one of its five mysteriously shrouded booths, or at the 24-foot communal dining table under a giant golden Buddha.
