On October 5, the tour made a stop at the 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge by Eric Ripert at The Ritz-Carlton. Seven celebrity chefs joined executive chef Jennifer Carroll on her last night in the kitchen to create a seven-course menu to raise funds for the James Beard Foundation. National chefs such as Top Chef contestant Eli Kirshtein helped create the meal, while local chefs and mixologists started off the evening with a cocktail reception featuring beverages by Michael Solomonov and Kevin Sbraga.
