Still searching for the right workout regimen for your lifestyle? The key is knowing your temperament and strength level and then pairing them with the right program. Here, we’ve matched five of our favorite local classes with different “personality types.”

IF YOU’RE... OVERSCHEDULED
Try... CrossFit
If you’re pressed for time but willing to break a sweat, Joe Petrusky is the guy for you. He’ll bring CrossFit to your home or gym, from Center City to the Main Line, and whip you into shape using a triple-threat combination of strength training, cardio and targeted exercises—think kettlebells, sprint drills and lunges—that change with every session. You might also want to give the Petrusky-endorsed Paleo Diet a try, an eating regimen that dates back to before the agricultural revolution. “CrossFit is all about pushing boundaries and creating lifestyle changes,” he says. 570-640-5440; crossfitlove.blogspot.com

IF YOU’RE... FOCUSED
Try... RowZone
Philadelphians are flocking to fitness guru Ian Andracchio’s RowZone Method, which pairs conventional rowing techniques using Olympicgrade machines with an intimate class atmosphere. Since opening his first location in Rittenhouse—there are currently three—a little over two years ago, Andracchio says he’s been inundated with clients. “I thought the people here would get [the concept], but I never knew how big RowZone could become,” he says. “I don’t think my brand would have thrived in any other city than Philadelphia.” 1900 Chestnut St., 888-769-9663; rowzone.com

IF YOU’RE... COMPETITIVE
Try... Warrior Boot Camp
“Being pushed beyond your limits is empowering,” says Optimal Sport Health Club owner Jeff Shablin of the gym’s new Warrior Boot Camp. “Once you get through this boot camp, you’ll realize you can break through any physical and mental barriers.” Head trainer John Williams puts clients through the paces with unconventional exercises like sledgehammer swings, tractor-tire flips and 50-pound sandbag lifts. Each boot camp series lasts five weeks. The Curtis Center, 601 Walnut St., 215-238- 5751; optimalsporthealthclubs.com

IF YOU’RE... GOAL-ORIENTED
Try... The Training Station
Hit the ground running at the window-filled Training Station at the Piazza at Schmidts. The high-tech fitness facility boasts iPod-ready cardio machines that let you navigate your music library using touchscreen TVs, a diagnostic test that captures video images of your ankles and arches while running to determine the best sneaker for your foot and Olympic-grade workout equipment like a rowing machine that uses water resistance instead of wind. Owner and fitness trainer Phil Clark, who is getting ready to compete in the 2012 Olympics, will even track your training progress and record it on a USB drive.
