As the principal of Korman Communities, Larry Korman has signed numerous groundbreaking contracts for his company this year. His firm is currently developing AKA hotel residences in Philly, New York, and Washington, DC, with work to begin next year in Beverly Hills and London, the company’s firstever international project.
