Neil Young (PICTURED) & Crazy Horse perform a benefit concert in AC this week.
On Thursday, December 6 (8 PM), Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will host a special benefit concert featuring Neil Young & Crazy Horse. All proceeds from the one-night-only live music event will go toward aiding the victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Indie rock band Everest opens the show, followed by Neil Young and the other talented members of Crazy Horse—Billy Talbot, Ralph Molina, and Poncho Sampredo. Neil Young & Crazy Horse have been touring North America to promote their latest album, Psychedelic Pill; this stop is being made to specifically support relief efforts.
Since Sandy devastated Atlantic City and the surrounding East Coast in late October, American Red Cross volunteers have been working around the clock to get supplies, meals, and water to families in need. All proceeds from the $75-100 tickets will be put toward the American Red Cross.
Order tickets online or by calling 866-900-4TIX. Can’t make the show? You can also donate by visiting redcross.org. 1 Borgata Way, Atlantic City, 866-692-6742
