1. Addison Bay

Tune in to the popular athleisure brand’s Instagram Live feed once a day for a customized virtual workout with partnering trainers. Give Madelaine O’Connell’s dance and sculpt class a try for a full-body workout combining toning and dance cardio that will have you feeling the burn.

2. Alexis Rose Xperience

Alexis Rose is bringing her best moves to the screen starting with beginner to intermediate dance cardio: a follow-along dance fitness class set to the hottest new music. The former Ciara backup dancer is also offering live body-sculpt classes and ARX workshops—which are advanced 75-minute dance cardio workouts where she teaches top-notch choreography.

3. The Bar Method Rittenhouse

These ab-sculpting and calorie-blasting workouts contain a warmup, a series of leg-defining bar combinations and on-the-floor core work. Just like a dance routine, each workout is set to music in sync with your body movement. For livestreamed classes, we recommend using a chair as your makeshift barre.

4. Barry’s

Barry’s CEO Joey Gonzalez and VP of Curriculum Chris Hudson are bringing you two total-body workouts each morning to rev up your daily routine. These quick 20-minute virtual workouts require no equipment—your mind and body are enough.

5. CorePower Yoga

With over 16 classes already available to stream, mindfulness is offered on demand. Class options range from beginner to advanced, engaging specific practices such as core building and balance.

6. Fit Academy

Former NFL star and Fit Academy owner Osayi Osunde’s workouts have always been built on community, and now is no different. These full-body, virtual sessions have everything you need in a workout from cardio to core work. For paid members only, class times vary.

7. Flywheel Sports

This indoor-cycling and precision training studio is bringing you classes utilizing minimal equipment—such as Flyfit, a workout integrating heavy weights and intense cardio drill—through Instagram Live. Aside from these virtual training sessions, it will also be hosting a series of live meditations led by NYC Flywheel instructor Alex Joy Pucci.

8. Fuel Cycle Fitness

Despite the name, this three-floor Ardmore studio brings much more than cycling to the fitness scene. Get “fueled up” (as owners Jen and Jeff Crompton would say) and give the Boxing + Beats class a try for 45 minutes of strength training, punching combos and hand weights that will challenge you in the best way possible. Aside from this boxing-inspired workout, the studio is also offering livestreamed interval bodyweight classes utilizing nothing but hand weights.

9. Jax&Lo

Jax&Lo co-creators Lauren Stevis and Greg Branch are offering daily Zoom events consisting of focused interval training and guided meditation. These former college athletes are equipped to lead a team through any challenge.

10. Orangetheory

Even though the Orange Zone is closed, you can still continue your progress with no-equipment-necessary 30-minute workouts. Each one trains a different muscle group that will help you push beyond your limits. Book your spot with your favorite instructor, or push your limits with a new trainer from a different region.

11. Rumble

Do you rumble? If you do, give a follow on Instagram to Philly’s favorite boxing gym for some high-intensity live workouts. Workouts include resistance training, boxing drills and custom treads such as pushing and sprints.

12. SLT

Looking for something quick to fit into a busy schedule? Rittenhouse’s popular SLT team is helping you stay fit sans Megaformer with a series of carriage kicks, elevator lunges and mountain climbers—all of which are posted on Instagram every day by the brand’s top trainers.

13. Sol Yoga Studio

During a time of uncertainty, this Conshohocken studio is bringing you live yoga sessions through a variety of mediums including Zoom, YouTube and Instagram Live. Chill out in pigeon, or practice your handstand kick-ups—just don’t forget your mat.

14. Teranga Yoga

From Candlelit Chill to Hip-Hop Yoga, relax and release in the way that works best for you. By integrating world music from places like Nigeria and Senegal, this hot yoga studio introduces a wide range of new languages and music you may have never heard before from the comfort of your home.
