On June 20, 2019, the Friends of Rittenhouse Square held their annual fundraiser Ball on the Square: a gala celebration benefiting the upkeep and restoration of one of Philadelphia’s gems. With nearly 500 people in attendance, this year's ball was themed black and white after Truman Copote's iconic Black and White Ball that was held over 50 years ago. The ball was co-chaired by Hilarie Morgan and Noele Wein, and decorated by Brian Kappra and his team at Evantine Design.
