On January 16, 2020, the Alice Paul Institute hosted a fundraiser at the National Constitution Center in Center City. The event celebrated the 100th Anniversary of women’s voting rights by honoring one of the most influential leaders in the fight for gender equality, Alice Paul. Paul forever changed the Constitution of the United States with her work to ratify the 19th Amendment and extend voting rights to women.
