On June 11, 2019, The Kimmel Center developer, Carl Dranoff revealed what he called, "the crowning achievement of my career," a 47-story, 528-foot condo tower called Arthaus. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, the glass building will have 108 condominiums priced from $2M to $10M, all of which will have floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies and at least one corner for panoramic views. Amenities will include a rooftop greenhouse, pool, exercise room, housekeeping services, a dog run and kids area.
