On March 19, 2019, John Bolaris and Andrea Desy Edrei, Principals of Black Label Luxury Real Estate, hosted a reception at The Atlantic, an apartment building developed by the Post Brothers in Center City. Friends and associates gathered to see the reveal of the terrace, which is on the 22nd floor of the historic building and was designed to be the headquarters of the Atlantic-Richfield Oil Company in 1922 by architect Joseph F. Kuntz. Guests checked out furnished sample units, while enjoying cocktails and lite bites by Garces Events.
