On July 24, Brandywine Realty Trust and Coscia Moos Architecture welcomed guests to their new property at 650 Park Avenue in King of Prussia. To celebrate, the two companies held a demolition party for the structure currently on the site to make room for the state of the art structure they'll be building. Business officials, politicians and friends came out to take a sledgehammer to the building, or throw a rock through the window. The project is slated to be done in 16 months.
