Brooks Brothers has the opportunity to own a sponsored content program across GreenGale Publishing websites that aligns the brand with our signature "Guide" editorial content, highlighting the brand as a day to evening fashion staple. Each week for four (4) weeks, the content will showcase different Brooks Brothers looks with a neighborhood guide listing of where to dine & imbibe and things to do in a typical day in that neighborhood.

The program will serve to generate awareness for the Brooks Brothers brand among our engaged online audience, driving traffic to the Brooks Brothers website.

Greengale will publish four (4) sponsored posts on each of the followig sites:

Content will be refreshed weekly to showcase new looks from Brooks Brothers and a different neighborhood guide curated by GreenGale Publishing online editors. Each post will include a call to action driving readers to the Brooks Brothers website

Promotion

All content will be promoted via the following strategic digital assets:

- Run of site banner ads across each channel of the advertised website at 33% share of voice for duration of program. Units include: large leaderboard (970x90); medium rectangle (300x250); half page (300x600) and interstitials (728x90). All ad units hyperlinked to the Brooks Brothers website.
- Prominent promotion on homepage rotator of each advertised site for one (1) week when each post goes live to drive traffic and engagement.
- One (1) promotional unit in our monthly e-newsletter delivered to our coveted list of opt-in subscribers in each advertised site to further promote the content.
- Social media promotion via each market's robust social networks, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter .
One (1) dedicated e-blast delivered to a coveted list of opt-in subscribers in all 11 of our sites.
Pop up video on all advertised sites (2 weeks per site) showcasing the newest Brooks Brothers styles and collections.

Commitment

Minimum 13 insertions in 2016 @ $6,000 per page net; $5,000 net digital enhancement.
