On April 26, 2019, The Boys' Latin of Philadelphia Charter School held a benefit entitled "CITIUS. ALTIUS. FORTIUS." The event raised vital funds for the school, the first and only all male school in Philadelphia. The evening began with a cocktail hour at a private club on the Main Line before guests headed into the ballroom for dinner and a program honoring longtime supporters, F. William McNabb III and Katie Hoyt McNabb, who helped start the schools crew team. Founded in 2007, Boys’ Latin prepares boys for success in college.
