Career Wardrobe Empowering Tea and Fashion Show

| November 4, 2018 | Parties

On November 4, 2018, Career Wardrobe, one of the nation’s largest independent organizations empowering individuals transitioning to work with professional clothing, job search support, and professional development, held their annual Empowering Tea and Fashion Show at The Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr. Longtime local TV personality Monique Braxton was emcee, with an assist from our very own editor Kristin Detterline. The fashion show included runway looks by Mushmina, Plume & Thread, Louella, and The Wardrobe Resale with models provided by SugarHouse Casino. Guest speaker Katie O'Neill, co-founder and creative director of Mushmina, discussed how the custom-designed brand of unique handmade Moroccan accessories is devoted to the empowerment of women.
