On August 22, 2019, Dîner en Blanc took place at this year's hush-hush location, the iconic Boathouse Row and Kelly Drive. The pop-up picnic—which first launched in Paris thanks to François Pasquier in 1988—hosted approximately 6,000 people for an evening of food, dancing and fun. Per tradition, all guests dressed head-to-toe in white, and carried their own white tables, settings and picnic food to enjoy. This was Philadelphia's eighth year of hosting the event.
