Learn from the best as Tuna Bar owner Ken Sze shows you every step, from rolling and preparing rice to the proper techniques of cutting sushi-grade fish during his 10-seat Sushi Making Class. Including sake pairings, the class ends with Sze handing out a prize for the best roll of the night. And before you leave, don’t forget to pick up a gift bag filled with sushi-making swag.
