On March 30, 2019, the Community Center at Visitation (CCV) hosted its annual Hope Gala at Merion Mercy Academy in Merion Station. CCV serves Kensington community members suffering from homelessness, drug addition and food shortages. CVV is a beacon of hope offering a safe place for the community. Over 175 guest enjoyed dinner, a silent auction, an awards ceremony and dancing by the Vietnamese Fan Dancers all to support CCV. All the funds raised will be used to support the general expenses for several community outreach programs.
