On July 25, 2019, the Indian Chinese-fusion restaurant, Inchin’s Bamboo Garden (1726 Chestnut Street) celebrated its grand opening with a party in their new event space L3 Loft, Philadelphia’s newest event and meeting space on the third floor above the restaurant. The restaurant in Rittenhouse Square, marks the franchise’s first urban location.
