On November 2, 2018, The James Beard Foundation's Taste America series stopped in Philadelphia at The Rittenhouse Hotel for a collaborative dinner featuring some of Philadelphia's top chefs, including Nick Elmi (Laurel, ITV, Royal Boucherie), host chef Jonathan Cichon (Lacroix Restaurant at The Rittenhouse), and guest chef and James Beard Award Winner Jeremiah Langhorne, from The Dabney, in Washington D.C. Proceeds from the event benefitted The James Beard Foundation’s scholarship programs.
