A beautiful ceremony with close friends and family in their beloved summer town of Cape May was a dream come true for Katie Constable and her bride, Ashley Parrillo.

Katie Constable and Ashley Parrillo each wanted to be proposed to—so they decided they would both propose to each other when the time was right. On January 4, 2019, two years from the date the Philadelphia duo met, Ashley popped the question first. “I set up about 100 candles, flower petals and pictures of us in our house all leading to a bottle of Champagne and a ring,” she says, before they celebrated with friends and family. Katie proposed two months later, and the pair both wore Ines Di Santo gowns as they said “I do” on June 4, 2021, at Willow Creek Winery.
“We wanted a destination-feel wedding,” says Katie. “Cape May is such an incredibly cute town and we wanted our favorite people to have a chance to enjoy the town as much as we have.” Amid a color theme of pink hues and white and gold accents, the brides danced the night away with their loved ones and even enjoyed a surprise performance by the Philadelphia Eagles Pep Band. “This turned into a stand on your chair and chant E-A-G-L-E-S kind of moment, and it was nothing short of amazing!” says Katie.
