On March 10, 2019, Les Dames d'Escoffier Philadelphia, a world-wide philanthropic society of professional women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage, and hospitality, hosted a brunch at The Study Hotel at University City. Special guests Dames Mashama Bailey of the Savannah Coastal Georgia Chapter, Katie Button of the North Carolina Chapter, and Chef Elle Simone Scott of Boston participated in a panel discussion and Q&A following the delicious brunch.
