On April 8, 2018, the Philadelphia Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier held their annual Women in Food reception at The Study at University City. Guests enjoyed lite bites, cocktails, networking, and a discussion regarding their upcoming "Les Dames Philadelphia Turns 35," which will take place on Tuesday April 30th, 2019. This event will be honoring Philadelphian Restauranteur Ellen Yin. The organization is proud to raise funds which provide scholarship money to women who wish to pursue a course of study in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry.
