Some people only dream about taking a leap and following their life’s purpose, but beloved local foodie Nancylynn Sicilia Lapp turned her dream into a reality with her Confessions of a Fit Foodie blog. “Doing something like this has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl, as I have always loved food and cooking,” says the former middle school English teacher, who started her blog featuring clean, gluten-free comfort food recipes in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. “It’s important to make good nutrition feel accessible and attainable to my readers, so my recipes are healthy, but also simple and appeal to even the pickiest eater.” Here, the mother of two shares the top ways she maintains her uberhealthy lifestyle on the Main Line.
