Radnor Valley Country Club on a perfect spring day was the backdrop for Suzanne Dabady and Michael Lawson’s April nuptials.

Suzanne Dabady, a nurse, and Michael Lawson, an engineer, first met when Michael was interviewing for a job at a small restaurant in 2012. Suzanne was the interviewer—and hired him on the spot. Eventually, Michael mustered the courage to ask Suzanne to hang out outside of work and—fast-forward five years—proposed in June 2019 on the beach in Cape May, N.J. “It was Michael’s graduation weekend,” remembers Suzanne. “Out of the blue, he asked someone to take our photo. Next thing I know, he was down on one knee asking me to marry him!” Two summers later (due to one COVID postponement), the duo were celebrating their nuptials at Radnor Valley Country Club with 130 guests. Signature drinks named The Wedding Belle and The Whiskers Ginger were served while everyone danced the night away to beats by DJ Jones.
