On October 9, 2019, Heather Annechiarico and Chris Fetfatze celebrated the grand opening of the new Cambridge at 1508 South Street. Eager guests entered the doors to an interior thought to resemble a modern-day Soho-London, designed by Dominik Schleppinghoff. At their tables, they had their pick of comfort food: hot green tomatoes, Mexican street corn nachos or whole fried chicken.
