On March 1, 2019, Philadelphia Foundation, an organization that provides civic and philanthropic leadership to the people and partners serving at the heart of this region’s common good, hosted its Centennial birthday celebration at the Museum of the American Revolution. Guests including local nonprofit leaders, philanthropists, business leaders and community members enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres as well as a showcase medley of several of the Foundation’s talented nonprofit partners and grantees. Performances from the evening included the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus, Musicopia Drumlines, Lyra Society harpists, live painting with Mural Arts and a commemorative proclamation shared by Mayor James Kenney.
