Philadelphia Style and the Residences at Dockside celebrated the opening of their newly renovated club room and terrace on June 2, 2022. Upon arrival guests were greeted by a living red carpet by Jewelz Entertainment, of which they were able to enter the event and admire the venue. The event was catered by Brulee Catering, which featured a risotto bar and a country backyard dessert station, complete with select cocktails. There was music by BVT! Live and DJ Linx and even a photo opportunity in front of Marquis letters LUX RE by Philly Marquee with the sun setting in the background to commence the beginning of the summer 2022 real estate season.
