On October 26, 2019, nearly $13 million was raised for cancer research during the annual Philly Fights Cancer: Round 5 fundraiser gala which was held at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Over 2,000 guests enjoyed performances by singer/actor Hugh Jackman, comedian John Mulaney, recording artist Andy Grammer, singers Lauren Hart and Jessy Kyle and cancer survivors. Guests bid on auction items such as a special edition Porsche and even the boots right off of Hugh Jackman's feet.
