On July 3, 2019, The Philly Pops hosted their annual July 4th celebration dinner at Buddakan. Frank Giordano, President and CEO of the Philly Pops greeted supporters, sponsors, and the board to the annual dinner which is held before the Philly Pops play their annual concert at Independence Hall. After dinner the guests headed to Independence Mall to enjoy the concert at the direction of Todd Ellison, Music Director of the Philly Pops. During the concert longtime fan Matthew Modzeleski proposed to girlfriend Briana Maiden, on the anniversary of their 2nd date the July 3rd concert. She said yes!
