Philadelphia native Sally Serata was always the go-to girl among her friends for making plans. So it’s only natural that she parlayed her reputation as a social coordinator into a luxury travel concierge business, SJS Travel/Journeys Unlimited. Serata has yet to name names about her many VIP clients—except one. For the past three years, she’s been planning lust-worthy trips around the globe for Bravo’s The Real Housewives franchise. “I’m in charge of finding their domestic and international trips, and then making itineraries and filling the time while the housewives are there, just like any other client. ... It just so happens that it’s for a show,” Serata says, adding that The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s season 10 trip to Barcelona was her favorite to date. You won’t find Serata jetting to buzzy hot spots like Greece or Croatia this summer though—she’ll be too busy planning client itineraries from one of her two homes in Ventnor and Longport.
