On May 18, 2019, The 89th anniversary of the Radnor Hunt Races took place in Malvern, PA. Including six jump races with $170,000 in purse money awarded, an antique carriage parade, and the beloved foxhound parqade.The annual springtime tradition draws the best thoroughbred horses, riders and trainers from across the country to the green pastures of Chester County, along with around 25,000 spectators enjoying a day of race watching, tailgating, and mingling along the rails to see the horses run. All proceeds from the Radnor Hunt Races benefit the land and water preservation programs of the Brandywine Conservancy which protect open space preservation and water protection in southeastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.
