On January 14, 2020, Fergie Carey, Dave Dollinger and Shane Dodds celebrated the opening for their new gastropub, The Fairview which is located in the former home of the Belgian Cafe with a VIP and Media party. Guests enjoyed Chef Beth Fox's signature dishes including many vegan dishes which she is known for as well as green chili cheeseburger empanadas and tikka masala flatbread. The Fairview opens to the public on January 16, 2020.
