On July 31, 2019, Post Brothers Apartments celebrated the opening of The Irvine Apartments which are located in the redeveloped West Philadelphia Warehouse. Guests arrived at the newly redeveloped building where they were greeted by a glass of champange before being whisked to the upper floors to see sample apartments. Afterwards, everyone gathered on the first floor patio area for a cocktail party. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres by 12th Street Catering.
