ALY MASON AND ALYSSA SOME rang in 2024 by saying “I do” with the ultimate New Year’s Eve party at the Ballroom at the Ben. Aly donned Alexandra Grecco while Alyssa wore a Monique Lhuillier gown as the couple—who met on Hinge in 2020 and engaged in Oct. 2022—wed in a traditional Jewish ceremony. “We included multiple meaningful heirlooms as part of our ceremony,” says Alyssa. “We used Talit from our grandfathers and a kiddush cup from my father’s Bar Mitzvah.” Guests enjoyed a pasta station, a sushi bar with a sushi roller, and a raw bar with a live oyster shucker during cocktail hour before sipping on mini margaritas served in mini Patron bottles and dirty martini shooters with an olive on top at the reception. “We also had mini espresso martinis passed on the dance floor toward the night’s end,” says Aly. “All were a huge hit with our guests!” In true NYE fashion, glasses, crowns and hats were passed around for guests before midnight, along with Champagne to the dance floor.

As the year turned to 2024, sparklers and confetti canons went off —ringing in the new year and celebrating the newlyweds.
