Coffee and electric bikes? Sign us up. Laura Fay, co-founder of Separatist Beer Project, just opened her all-in-one coffee shop and e-bike store in Ardmore last month. Dubbed Up to Eleven, newcomers can expect snacks from Kismet Bagels (plain, cinnamon and sesame are only some of the flavors available), coffee from Reanimator Coffee, pastries from Au Fournil and e-bikes within 2,000-square-feet of space inside the Cricket Flats apartment building. Both indoor and outdoor seating fits 30 guests comfortably, including high and low tabletops, window seating and a plethora of photography and vinyl collections. Think fun poppy paint colors and a hipster, midcentury feel. While settling in for a hot coffee and bagel with schmear, check out Fay’s complete line of Turbo electric bikes by Specialized—perfect for commuting around town or thrashing through trails in Valley Green. 65 Cricket Flats, uptoelevenardmore.com
