Spending a long weekend at the shore? Chef Jose Garces’ Tropicana restaurant, Olon, is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with $5 guacamole and $8 top-shelf Roca Patrón margaritas. The quaint Casa Taco & Tequila Bar will host a weekend-long celebration with exclusive food and drink specials like $8 house margaritas, $7 Tres Agaves Silver shots, and a $17 carne asada breakfast special. The celebrating doesn’t end there. Casa Taco will also feature a Casa Taco platter and a carne la tampiguena dinner special.
