Ceremony & Reception: The Garden at Fitler Club
Justin Miller and Shae Carroll didn’t expect to meet each other six years ago in New York City. They didn’t expect to fall in love, and Shae didn’t expect Justin to propose during a surprise trip to Dallas. They also didn’t expect a pandemic to ruin their plans for a large wedding, and they certainly didn’t expect to win a free microwedding at Philly’s superexclusive Fitler Club. But they were chosen, and suddenly the wedding they’d put on hold indefinitely was only two weeks away.
Arrangements Unlimited designed white centerpieces with natural greenery.
The couple worked closely with the Fitler Club team to navigate the whirlwind process, which included nailing down details and notifying friends and family (there were 23 guests there; everyone else watched via Zoom).
The Fitler Club created a decadent chocolate cake with vanilla mousse filling.
On their wedding day, Justin and Shae (tearfully) recited their vows beneath the twinkling lights of Fitler Club’s Garden, and then danced with guests to disco music all night long, celebrating the power of love and the joys of the unexpected.
