Hailey Foster, senior account executive at Cashman & Associates, and Kevin Mc-Laughlin, met in Nov. 2017 when out with friends in Philadelphia. Sparks flew immediately, but Hailey needed to return to Roanoke College where she was a senior. Kevin promised a proper first date when she returned home for Christmas. This included an unplanned meeting with Hailey’s mom, who was the first to note their connection was meant to last.
