“We’re looking forward to bringing the best part of the city’s dining experience to the suburbs,” says restaurateur Jose Garces of his new Amada (amadarestaurant.com) location, which was designed by Dash Design. The tapas-style restaurant opens in Radnor this month, outfitted in a Spanish color palette, with soft gray tones, cool blues and splashes of sienna and ochre. “We started off casual, with Buena Onda, and are now moving into something a little more elevated with the opening of the Radnor outpost of Amada, one of my flagship restaurants,” he continues. At the sparkling new 7,000-square-foot restaurant, guests can expect to see favorites from Amada, but also some new items on the menu thanks to a wood-fire oven from Mibrasa, allowing Garces and his team to experiment cooking al horno exclusively at this location. Between indoor, outdoor and private dining space, Garces’ new space can seat a total of 220 hungry mouths. He concludes, “We can’t wait to show you what we’re cooking up.” And neither can we!

Calling all sports car aficionados: There’s a new dealership in town. Opened in November, RDS Automotive Group (rdsautomotivegroup.com) opened one of the newest flagships representing Lamborghini North America. “We will be Pennsylvania’s only factoryauthorized Lamborghini dealership,” explains Robert DiStanislao, president of RDS Automotive Group. This will be the only exclusive Lamborghini store in the Delaware Valley. Outside of the unparalleled level of service that all RDS Automotive Group locations deliver, clients can also expect to see some of the luxury car brand’s latest models, as well as a service center and an Ad Personam configuration lounge where customers can customize their new Lamborghini.
