Megan Wells and Jonathan Casterline, referred to by their friends as “Megsterline,” threw an epic wedding reception at ONE North Broad in February. The couple who met through mutual friends and had their first date in 2018, opted for stations (orgiant cocktail party) instead of a sit-down dinner to maximize mingling and dancing time. “We didn’t want anyone glued to their seat,” says Megan of their crowd of 170. “The band was amazing and kept everyone on the dance floor!” Whether or not guests sipped the signature margarita, old-fashioned or late-night espresso martini, everyone will certainly remember a special Philadelphia moment at the end of the night. “There was an 18-foot statue of Ben Franklin behind a velvet curtain that was hidden,” says Megan. “Johnny requested a ‘Ben Reveal,’ so at 11 p.m., they pulled back the curtain. The crowd went wild!”
