Ceremony & Reception: Andalusia Estate
Jessica Billings, a flight attendant and owner of Nudie Patooties, and Adam Blitzer, CEO of Softline Brand Partners, started off as friends who met while on a cruise ship during college spring break (while attending different schools). After maintaining a long-distance friendship, the duo decided to travel again, this time to South America. “We spent hours on buses and bikes and stayed at hostels along the way,” remembers Jessica, who was Miss Pennsylvania USA 2013. “Through all of our travels, our friendship grew into something more.”

The pair said “I do” in front of 32 guests at the most sentimental spot: the rose garden of Adam’s fourth great-grandfather, Nicholas Biddle’s Andalusia Estate. “We were the eighth generation to be married there,” says Jessica. As for the guests who couldn’t attend physically, the couple had a solution: “We livestreamed our ceremony and mailed gift boxes that included Champagne, Andalusia biscuits, and Pennsylvania Hershey’s Kisses,” says the bride. “It was really special to know that my grandmother in Missouri, my brother in Minnesota, and friends and family all over the world were celebrating with us at that moment.”
