What is one of the most unique elements you have seen executed for a wedding at W Philadelphia?
Some of our most memorable weddings have been ones that lean into a theme in big way. New Year’s Eve weddings, Halloween-adjacent weddings – really, any time on the calendar – can lend itself to a personal and exciting theme. Miami disco, masquerade, or a theme centered around your honeymoon destination… our beverage team can design a cocktail menu inspired by flavor profiles of Bali, for example. Sky’s the limit.
Do you do anything that is signature to W Philadelphia?
Our cocktail and culinary creativity and presentation is unmistakable but our most signature style is to plan a wedding that is unique to the couple. Whatever they want, whenever they want it. That’s W.
What do you think is essential for any wedding?
For the couple to consider… There’s no one that doesn’t love a great band, delicious food, and stand-out cocktails. Keep your guests’ bellies full and feet dancing!
From a planner perspective, good flow is essential. Weddings shouldn’t feel forced or disjointed. We love to work with wedding planners that have a cohesive vision and flow from start to finish.
