Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will debut its newest culinary feat, the Borgata Baking Company, this Friday.
Headed by the hotel’s executive pastry chef, and former White House pastry chef, Thaddeus DuBois, the eatery will serve fresh juices, coffee, gelato, and an array of sweet and savory treats (think éclairs, whoopiee pies, and Philly cheesesteak croissants).
