The development of Sigal’s magic threads did not happen overnight. It happened with hemming whatever she could get her hands on, whether it was a pillowcase or a pair of jeans. With every alteration and reconstruction, a ripple effect of clients began to ood her door. Noticing the lack of specialty wedding dresses, Irina took it upon herself and began to build a sought after destination for garment tailoring, clothing reconstruction, and custom designs.

While Irina is known to do it all from extravagant custom gowns, to sewing masks for hospitals during the Covid crisis, her strongest specialty remains in Bridal. Irina is the master of all things bridal estimated to work with 700-800 bridal gowns annually!
When asked why Sigal believes her company is unequalled she stated, “My workmanship, along with my ability to overcome objections, make me a strong leader in this industry: Creativity is key; and I truly believe that the craftsmanship and attention to detail offered in our shop isn’t easily found elsewhere.” Not to mention, her company was built on the foundation of trust, which encourages lifetime clients to return for their custom clothing needs.
Particularly, Bon Jovi, one of the most impactful artists on rock fashion, reached out to Irina to assemble a leather jacket for his 2019 UK and European tour. As he sings in his hit song, Burning for Love, “he just can’t get enough,” of Irina’s designs and requested an additional piece for his 2022 US arena tour.
After 30 years of building her empire, Sigal is close to retirement with no intention of closing the business. In search of a talented, ambitious, and passionate individual to mentor, Irina hopes to pass on her legacy. So, who can ll the shoes of this award winning powerhouse?
