With Timothy Folk as a partner in Lockton’s Philadelphia operation, the business is set to become the biggest brand in the region’s commercial insurance industry.
“It isn’t me who’s the Power Player; it’s our team,” Folk says. “I’m just fortunate enough to be the face of the team in many ways.”
Folk and his colleagues have taken the guesswork out of insurance and replaced it with data, analytics and facts, resulting in better outcomes for their clients, every time.

“I put my maximum effort into everything I do every day,” he says. “I believe in helping as many people as I can, always looking to create solutions. In addition to his work at Lockton, Folk is a part of an outdoor adventure sport startup, which has become a huge passion for him. Folk is also invested in some real estate opportunities and is evaluating a cannabis operation. He also lends his time and talent to WeThrivv, an aesthetics and hair growth company.
