On Nov. 20, OCHO Unveiled presents a one-night-only dinner dedicated to Tequila Ocho. The brand’s ambassador, Daniel Warrilow, will guide guests through the meal as curated seafood creations by chefs Greg Vernick and David Paternitito accompany each drink. Specialty tequila cocktails crafted by lead bartender Jon Bamonte will be paired with bites to highlight the sip’s hidden flavors. Designed for both tequila enthusiasts and seafood lovers, this event is a must-attend.
If seafood is your holiday craving, return for the Feast of the Seven Fish on Dec. 23 and 24. This five-course, family-style feast pays homage to Philadelphia’s Italian heritage, featuring standout dishes like live scallop crudo with blood orange and whole roasted turbot with brown butter and white truffle. The festivities wouldn’t be complete without seasonal cocktails, sparkling wines and indulgent desserts.
