Where to Celebrate the Royal Nuptials

Tomorrow, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will head to the Windsor Castle to tie the knot at what is sure to be the most elegant affair ever. Since our invitation has gotten lost in the mail, we plan on posting up at one of these four local favorites to catch all of the tear-jerking action.

All weekend long, our favorite steakhouse will feature a wedding cocktail menu fit for royalty. The wedding-inspired imbibes include Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, and Something Blue, made with Ketel One Vodka, Blue Curacao, Crème de Violette, lemon sour, and Prosecco. Van Cleve Bridal

Van Cleve Bridal, 100 Women Who Care-Chester County, and Mainline Fashionista are pairing up to host an unforgettable royal wedding watch party at the Main Line boutique. Dress in your most fabulous attire or your favorite pajamas and head to the Main Line boutique at 7 a.m. for mimosas, tea, lite English breakfast fare and, of course, wedding cake courtesy of Cake Crafters. After the nuptiuals are over, guests are invited to peruse Van Cleve’s wedding gowns and evening wear to get ready for they own upcoming events. Sofitel Philadelphia

On May 19 Sofitel Philadelphia will host a royal tea and viewing party beginning promptly at 7 a.m. Liberté Lounge will be completely transformed with beautiful wedding décor, a croquembouche wedding cake, fresh flowers, guest favors, and a wedding-inspired menu, all imitating a real royal party. Guests will enjoy tea sandwiches, pastries, sparkling wine, a traditional Pimm’s Cup cocktail, and an array of international teas. The all-day café and French Bistro will offer a Princess Cup in honor of the royal wedding.
