Iron Chef and successful restaurateur Jose Garces brings his upscale culinary endeavors back to Philadelphia. Taking over space within the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, Garces’ latest venture comprises Bar Volvér (opening on April 9) and the Dining Room (opening April 16). Bank and Bourbon
Enjoy a traditional American menu by executive chef Tom Harkins at the PSFS building’s newest restaurant. Crow & The Pitcher
Chef Alex Capasso, of Collingswood’s Black Bird, and general manager Michael Franco, bring Crow & The Pitcher, an American style eatery focusing on French cooking techniques, to Rittenhouse Square.
